  Guy behind the counter is the sweetest pizza guy I've ever met. He always greets me with a smile and "hello, my dear" whenever I go in.

  My pizza options are rather limited since we have dietary restrictions, but among that I have tried, this is the best pizza I have had in Waterloo!
  
  In addition to that, I have never met a more friendlier staff anywhere. I have been going there on a monthly basis and we have been friends since 2016. He is genuinely interested in chatting with the customers and even talks to my daughters and made them happy. Really awesome guy!

  Owner is a nice guy and the food is always good quality. I feel there could be more of the toppings put on the pizzas but it's still good.

  Great food and awesome, friendly staff. I go at least once a week.
  The only complaint I have is - they're not close to work for my lunch breaks.
