(September 17, 2012, 2:15 pm)We have dealt with cruise ship centres for many years and have always been satisfied. On our last cruise, we were promised $125 in onboard credits but in actual fact received only $75. When we notified our agent of this, her only recourse was to assure us that we would receive the extra $50 on our next cruise. As we don't plan a cruise in the near future this arrangement is not satisfactory to us.
