I’ve come to this location for over 6 years now, since enrolling at Laurier and now whenever I’m in the city. Today I got the green smoothie with a salad - it’s always tough to chose because there’s so many healthy options here. Staff were extremely quick with making my food today!

I could eat here every day without getting tired of the food. The combination options are endless, with so many fresh, healthy bowl/salad toppings to choose from! The prices are a little high, but you know you're getting quality ingredients. They even have separate menus that cater to paleo, vegan, keto or gluten free diets! The decor and the vibe are awesome too! Definitely a favorite place to grab a quick, nutritious lunch!

I got less than I was expecting. They don't really fill up your bowl - most of my salad was air. I got the Kale Caesar salad and most of it was air. Tasted good though.
