My second property whilst visiting Waterloo region . Helen has a true business mind on looking after her guests every detail is meticulously maintained.

Clean house, comfortable. Host, Helen, most accommodating and pleasant to deal with. She came through when another reservation we had atanother house failed to show to let us in and we found the site most unfavourable. (don't book a stay at 49 Francis St. N. Kitchener...it's a dump!) Stay at any HB guest house and you'll be very happy.
