I recently purchased a sauna from this company and I am very pleased with the results. The sales staff were helpful during the design process and the quote was very reasonable. The materials arrived on a timely basis and are of excellent quality. The finished product exceeds my expectations. The following comments may help: 1)They don't accept AMEX, only MC & Visa; 2) Shipping to the USA requires an EIN or Soc Sec for border crossing; 3) Use stainless steel nails for assembly to avoid rust stains; 4) For easy cleaning a tiled floor works well and it does not get hot.

After doing a lot of research online, I found Home Saunas Since 1974. Worked out nicely that they are in Ontario and I am in the Detroit suburbs so shipping was fast and efficient even though they had to cross the boarder.

I ordered a 5x8 "Best" kit, everything was perfectly labeled and shipped with no damage. Marg, Chris, and Paul were very good to work with. Only real issue that I ran into was the lack of detailed instructions at first. After a quick email, Chris forwarded a Word Document with lots of step by step pictures and instructions. Only suggestion is that something like this should have been included up front.

Friends and family are amazed that this was a Do It Yourself kit and the quality. Highly recommend doing business with this company.

This sauna has been a fantastic addition to our home. It has been worth the investment as, for the interior the correct amount of cedar was provided as well as all parts and accessories necessary to complete a functional unit. I did this by myself and it took about 3 weeks. I did have some concrete work done so a river stone floor could be installed and the 240V wiring done by an electrician. The sauna was custom fit into an area a whirlpool tub had been. Quality material and excellent customer service.
