(February 17, 2019, 4:05 am)I really enjoyed my supper tonight. Very cheerful cosy spot for a cold February. Good gravy and mashed potatoes. Too much food though,next time I'll get a mini dinner. The warm brownie sundae dessert was delicious. Good service too.
(February 17, 2019, 12:43 am)I've missed this diner. For 5 years this was my family's once a month treat. I moved 5 years ago and we have nothing comparable. Great food, great service wonderful atmosphere.

Service was quick and genuinely friendly.
Clean all around.
Best time to visit is after lunch.
(November 14, 2018, 12:51 am)This place is like visiting your favourite German grandma (the nice one who gives you an extra helping at dinner). Delicious food with a German influence, compete with sauerkraut alternative to coleslaw and schnitzel on Tuesdays.
The best part however, has to be the pies. Every time I come in they have a brand new assortment of the most scrumptious pies. This is a more staid place, (think Sunday morning more than Saturday night) but if you need somewhere to take the whole family, you can't go wrong here.
Excellent waitstaff, delicious meals, perfect for taking a family night out and about
