I had an excellent experience here. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The waiting area was clean and well kept and they had a good selection of frames to choose from. The Doctor I saw was Margot Couse and she is super friendly, supportive and took time to ask questions and really listen to my needs, as well as explain all of the options I had. When I discussed my wife's fears of having things close to her eye they took me seriously and talked through what options we use to accomodate her. Highly recommended. The only down side is they have limited hours. They are only open past 5 on Wednesdays and aren't open on weekends at all!
