Excellent Customer service. I was in a last minute scramble and the people with whom I spoke acted is if it were the most important order of the year. I spoke to the same people- was given direct phone lines. It was taken care of and it was on time. I bought loupe magnifiers with a logo and they were perfect. Thanks to Stephan Logan and Chris Bingleman. I don't have the name of the woman who initially kicked it into gear but it wouldn't have happened without her. Very impressive.

Wanted to get a small amount of rare earth metal magnets. Found this place online which allowed me to do a local pick up the same day. Great service and quick replies to questions, not to mention great prices too. Can't ask for much else. Will definitely purchase from them again.
