i have been calling them so many times in 2020 and also 2021 to replace and get a new remote for the car we have nobody pick up call. never ever they pick up..
Edit : After i send the email to the company i have received prompt reply with in couple of hours from Michelle she is managing the customer service experience in north america and she have send me a replacement remote for free in express post. that's the best customer service. thank you for that and i am sure this will give confidence to anyone who is looking to buy Kidsquad products. Met Michelle today they the kidsquad warehouse, she is all kinds of amazing! I first bought the smaller jeep for my granddaughter for Christmas, I custom made a one off version for her, now I have some paint issues and was pursuing another body to make another so it would be perfect again! Instead I have now just bought the mud slinger and Michelle gave me a deal that just couldn't be beat! So that's 2 jeeps now in 3 months, product is top notch and service couldn't get any better, wish other businesses had service like these guys do! Now I'm off to do another custom job with this new jeep for my granddaughter! Michelle you rock! Thanks a ton! Jay!
We purchased the mudslinger jeep last summer through home depot and the kids love it! I had to contact customer service this summer about a small issue with the shifter and their service was impeccable. It took a few emails back and forth so they could get to the root of the issue and then a box arrived on my doorstep with a new style shifter to fix the problem. They didn't even ask for proof of purchase! They just wanted to make sure their product was being properly enjoyed. What a breath of fresh air this company is! I highly recommend their product and their service. You won't be disappointed :)
