Koebel Heating, Cooling, and Mechanical replaced my old leaking hot water tank with a tankless water heater. Everything went smoothly: estimate, quote, scheduling, install by Isaiah and Brendon, and warranty registration. Professional company! Nice clean install. Surprising benefits: I feel like we just got another room in our house - the old water tank was taking up so much space. The hot water also smells and feels cleaner.

We had a ductless ac/heat pump we moved because I was re-doing my deck. In moving it, the previous company didn't make the flanges great and coolant ran out. I called Koebel and they came the same day for a quote. The work was also done the next day in about 4 hours. I am very grateful for Isaiah and his partner to be able to do what we asked and tidy up the area completely. Thank you Koebel!

Tim came to our home and we knew right away we could trust him. His easy going, professional, knowledgeable, unobtrusive presence was reassuring and comforting. He was patient and answered all (there were a lot of them, on multiple occasions) our questions with detailed answers o we knew why they do things the way they did.

Something small impressed me. When they came to install, there were two trucks. Our driveway is 2 cars wide and 3 long. I was departing as they arrived and our other car was at the street end of the driveway. Rather than just back in and make it easy for themselves, they shoehorned two large vans into the one side of the drive between the house and the car. Tim aid they knew I was coming back and wanted to make it easy for me!! Nice.

Oh yes, you can trust these guys. Talk about integrity.

Ultimately, our 60 year old house is finally warm in every room. No more cold spots or noisy old boiler. This Navien combo unit is quiet and efficient.

Tim Koebel and his company were referred to me by a friend for purchase and installation of a tankless water heater, and I couldn't be happier with giving them my business. They installed a Navien tankless water heater, which has been fantastic since installation. Their guys were able to install it in one day, the very next day after providing a quote, and did an amazing job, tidying up as they went, and making sure all work was neat and clean. They removed my old tank and returned it for half of what Reliance was going to charge. Lastly, they quoted me a very reasonable price, about $1500 less than one of their larger company competitors, and there were no surprises upon receiving the invoice. I would definitely use Koebel again in the future!
