I never was optimistic to the sleep training process and I believed it caused psychological damage for children , until I got 30 minutes consult with Dr. Leila for my 10 months old baby boy. Dr. Leila Nicely and clearly explained sleep behavioral therapy for children and confidently talked about recent published papers for this matter. Even though I was convinced to start the training with her, She never rushed us through the process and asked me to discuss this further with my husband. She is very knowledgeable and confident and kind and above all she gave me the confidence that I need for making the right decision when the emotional subject ( like baby sleep training) is involved. We are in the beginning part of the process but I'm already 100% sure that this decision was one of my best parenting decision ever! Thank you Dr.Leila!!
Highly recommend to those who have a baby. The sooner you teach your baby how to self-soothe the better (giving you more time to enjoy your life). Dr Jalali is an expert with tons of experiences and carefully walks you through the process.
As a teenager who is a college student and works night shifts I’d always had problems adjusting my sleep schedule. Being a diabetic on top of that made it even harder for me. That was before I virtually met Dr.Leila at one of her webinars on sleep health when I was looking it up. So, I gave it a try to get an appointment and the schedule she gave me was life changing. Before I used to be tired all the time even when I slept more than enough. But after talking to this knowledgeable, caring and patient Doctor she gave me easy tips based on my situation that helped me set an order to my sleeping in no time.
I am 22 years old young lady. Due to Covid situation my days and nights got mixed up. I used to sleep at noon and woke up at 10 pm. When my online classes were about to start, I got desperate and contact dr.Leila. She gave me an easy following and practical plan and after a week I could sleep at 10 pm to 7 am! Asking for help from Dr Leila Jalali was one the best decisions of my parenting life. She perfectly and patiently smoothed the rough path of sleep training for my one year old daughter and today it is still hard for me to believe that my daughter falls asleep in ten minutes by herself without any help. More sleep for me and my daughter brought more joyful moments to my life.
