Domino's Pizza

This place has always been pretty good for pizza. Lots of people working so your pizza is done quickly. If you order double items you actually get double items!

I have never had so many problems at one location before.

One time - they literally lost my order. I was 5 minutes early, and waited about 20 minutes for them to redo my order. The worker said. If we find the other order you can have both! As if he was doing me a favour. Though I didnt take it, the man in the back did offer me a free bottle of pop for the wait, which was appreciated.

If I get delivery we are normally short one or two dips.

The online coupons for this store are not as good as the Kitchener locations. (Highland)

Another time we went to pick up our order and they never even got it... that is likely an issue bigger than the store.

But one thing I can't complain about is the food quality, it has been consistently very good.

Well done Pizza.and for sure I welcome the 50%off till end of August.rite on time 4 summer

UPDATE: They must be under new management. I decided to give them another try after 2 years and i am so happy i did! The customer service is AMAZING now! They go above and beyond any pizza joint ive encountered. The quality of their pizza is constantly good. Its not the best pizza in town but it is FAR better than any pizza place in the immediate area. The customer service alone would make this a favorite spot. I would now recommend them!

ORIGINAL: My expectations aren't very high when it comes to local pizza places; they are all pretty average for the most part. So for me to say that this is the worst pizza says a lot. For starters, I don't think that it is too much to ask that every slice of pizza has sauce on it. Many of my guests commented that their slice didn't have sauce. To make matters worse, the pizza was extremely dry and the toppings were sparse to say the least. Furthermore, it tasted very odd. I couldn't even stomach it! I only had one slice and I eventually felt queasy. I really hope my guest don't get sick! The customer service I would give a 7 out of 10 only because the delivery guy was extremely nice the manager was very helpful. As for the initial person who answered the phone, he was unbelievably rude! He asked if he could help me and then as I began to talk, he rudely cut me off, said he was with someone and transferred me to the manager. Thankfully the manager was friendly enough to balance out the previous encounter. When all is said and done, this was my first and last time going to Dominoes.
