LightTouch Med Spa Waterloo/Kitchener

Have been going to Light Touch for over a year now for laser treatments - various girls have worked on me and I've always had a solid experience with the exception of one staff member who is no longer a part of the team. The current staff there (Alice & Melanie) are both super friendly and make the experience comfortable, clean and enjoyable - we always have good chats during my services! Being an esthetician myself, I would definitely recommend these ladies for your Med Spa needs - don't ever sacrifice the quality and knowledge of services for cheaper prices. You get what you pay for and these girls are worth your time and money! :)

Procedures are relatively painless and regardless the staff absolutely outdo themselves to ensure you are comfortable, happy, and see the best results possible. Melanie gives flawless laser hair removal services and Alice is amazing with skincare techniques, both of them being complete sweethearts always. Melanie is amazing! She knows what she’s doing and walks you through every step meticulously. She handles her work with professionalism, makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of.
