(February 7, 2019, 2:40 pm)I came here yesterday evening with my friend for a 6pm appointment and we both left fairly happy and I love how my manicure turned out! However, my cuticles and around my nails are very sore and they are cut and I told the lady that I had really sensitive cuticles and that they bleed most times whenever I get my nails done in general and she was still very rough. I'm not really sure if this is a formal complaint or not, but I just wanted to make that clear. I'm happy with my nails, but I am not happy about how the results were achieved.
