Started off as a great experience with Tim. He was responsive and helped get all paperwork completed for an inheritance. Notary pricing was very good.
We then proceeded to create a last will. After completing all the required information and sending to Tim and Dan, I received no response. I followed up in April and August and still no reply.
I sent Tim another email on a separate matter this month and have yet to hear back. Not a good way to conduct business.
UPDATE: Upon receiving my review, Dan reached out via phone and email to apologize. I then received a phone call from Tim as well. They apologized for letting this drop and promptly completed my Last Will. I appreciate them rectifying the situation.
My wife and I have used Tim Lowes for several Real Estate deals.
