In addition to getting us an amazing price for our house, she provided detailed research for the different areas and houses we looked at, which made it much easier to decide what to offer so we weren't over paying. She went quite a bit above and beyond what we were expecting from an agent including contacting the school we were interested in and connecting us with the principal, contacting the owner of the building lot beside us to get them to clean it up, hooking us up with contractors for everything we needed for our renovations. I could go on and on about all of the extras she did that she didn't have to.
