I had an exceedingly positive customer service experience, ordering flowers for my Mom while I was out of country, and to make sure the delivery went to plan they sent me a pic of the bouquet at her front door. It’s a small gesture, but impactful. 10/10 will order again.

These guys don't just sell flowers, they're real artisans at their work. Absolutely beautiful choice, very posh bouquets. Flowers are so much better quality than those you end up with from these big names online services. Very fresh and they won't break your bank.
Initially was a bit sceptical whether they can arrange a fast delivery from northernmost point of KW to the southern edge of the city in a limited time frame. Turns out there was nothing to worry about.
