Nationwide Auto Warranty Corporation

I would be in a very unhappy place if it wasn't for Nationwide's auto warranty. I am a widow trying to work fulltime, while managing my equine assisted learning business for children suffering post-covid stress disorders. Financially strapped is an understatement in a world gone mad with out-of-control prices. I need my vehicle to get to work and to help keep the farm going. It's my "right hand man" in so many ways. I can't thank the great folks at Nationwide enough for their great customer service, down-to-earth and genuine concern for their customers. This is a company I can depend on. Everything went very smooth. The service outlet I took my vehicle to took my info sent that for approval. Once the repair was approved I was called to confirm an appointment. Took the vehicle in and the repair was done in a timely fashion, paid my deductible and have had no problems since. Thank you.

They decided to end my policy and not honor my unlimited 200,000 kms warranty. They claim they paid out more than the current price the car is worth. I would be happy to walk away if they could point out anywhere in my warranty it specifically says this. I'll give 5 stars if I'm proven wrong. Otherwise 1 star remains. Consider my rating my current status update.

Wonderful warranty company! I can't say enough good things about how flawless my claim was. From the moment I called it in they handled it speedy and proficient to the max!! Very pleased I took the advice to go with them. Saved me huge money and time . I have been with another provider and the service was night and day. Amazing staff also!! I will be spreading the word.
