(September 16, 2019, 10:24 pm)Exceptionally Proactive Professional Attitude and pleasant conduct of both the pharmacists, I have interacted with.
A sincere suggestion is that they just need to evolve a system to update the customers on phone. In addition, just in case provision of some medicine is delayed due to any reason, the customer(s) may please be asked about any requirement for home delivery, in such a situation.
Adapting new strategies will surely take their business far ahead. -
