(November 14, 2018, 4:51 pm)All staff members are quite friendly and helpful, it seems like they work for the Region of Waterloo because they WANT to help others. They offer many helpful services for the unemployed, including a resource library, a wall of jobs hiring, and countless workshops on building practical skills for your professional life, JUST TO NAME A FEW.

Coming from Brampton to a new city I was worried and scared not knowing anyone but they were so pleasant and I felt calm . In Brampton it's not like that at all. So thank you to everyone for your help when I needed it most and for making me feel welcomed. Keep up the good work!
