(March 18, 2019, 9:20 pm)We have been working with People’s since 2012. We have experienced some issues but for pretty much everything has been taken care of and they stand behind what they sell. We did get their lifetime protection plan and do our best to get them inspected every 6 months to keep up our end of the agreement. My ring had to be completely replaced and they did that free of charge. My wife’s ring has had a diamond fall out and they also replaced it for us.
I would strongly recommend getting the lifetime warranty protection. Well worth it.
