Popeye's Supplements Waterloo

Staff were very helpful and friendly. However, after trying a product I really liked I tried calling to see if they had more in stock as I drove 45 mins to reach the Waterloo location and I didn’t want to drive another 45 mins if they didn’t have the product. Tried calling for hours and no one picks up.

12/10 for Store Associate Kendall in customer service and product knowledge. I will definitely be back

The store associate was exceptional, I came in literally not even knowing what it was I was looking for, but had a horridly articulated idea of the issue I wanted to address. He clarified, asked questions, and provided me with the best options to work with. When I asked about some other products he gave me information on the options, and suggested I research and look into if it is what I need, instead of just pushing it based on my inquiry. All round Solid experience.

The sales representative gave a very warm welcome, was knowledgeable, inquired about what i was looking for and made suggestions based on input from me, did not try to up sell.

Lee was the representative who helped me out. He had excellent knowledge and made great recommendations for substitutions of products. He was super friendly, and was able to make better recommendations for me based on my health goals and current activity levels. Would highly recommend this store!
