Fantastic service! Phil & Colleen are exceptional and they always thoroughly explain everything. Fair prices and repairs that you can rely on and trust.
Great trustworthy shop but horrible at calling you back when promised.
Each time I have used this shop they have always gotten work done in a timely manner and for a fair price. They are very accommodating and always show in very clear ways that they care greatly about there customers.
If you want your vehicle repaired by a knowledgeable, skilled and TRUSTWORTHY shop then this is the place to go. Great rates/prices as well. Phil is second to none and Colleen has everything running like a well oiled machine.
Got recommended to this place 5 years ago when I moved to the Waterloo area, and have never had to look around again. Great service, they really tell you (and sometimes have even shown me when my car was still hoisted up) what needs to be fixed, and what doesn't cause any safety problems so you can fix what needs to be fixed. Very friendly staff, and a pleasure to do business with.
