Lots of products to choose from, with friendly and knowledgeable staff to help.

I don't have much experience with pets or pet stores, as we are just getting our first cat, but the one staff member we met was patient and helpful as we had lots of questions on food, cat litter, toys, everything. There's a lot of information and opinions on the web and sometimes it's hard to make sense of it all, so I found it helpful to actually speak to someone. She answered all of our questions and provided balanced perspectives, while making a few suggestions to us based on our discussions.

This gave us a good place to start on our journey of pet ownership.

Awesome selection! The staff is so loving and welcoming. Literally my go to place for dog toys, chews, treats, food, and hygiene items.

I used to go to another cough cough well known pet store. Well no more! REN’s is the best. Their point system actually does something for you. They always have my products and cute toys for my kitties. They aren’t afraid to open a second till and the staff are so friendly. Love this place!!!

Great store that has enough space to move around in and find what you want. Knowledgeable staff, which some of the other pet stores need to copy.

1st time there. Lots of selections of items from pet food to treats and toys.prices seem reasonable.
