Today I dealt with Brandon V and Jeff for delivery at my office but had to have a last minute change for the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Jeff and Brandon re routed my order to my home instead. I know from a business perspective it's hard when things change last minute but this duo stepped up and said no problem we will re route for you. They also made sure to take the time to play with our dog. Our dog loves visitors but not noisy trucks and your crew made sure she was happy as well. Thank you for making life easier for our company. Quick to get my delivery out, sometimes calling me to let me know they can do it sooner than initially offered. Desk lady is timely with invoicing. Driver has thus far been safe coming into my yard and demonstrates good driving skills. Guys helping unload are friendly and get the job done without an issue. Overall pricing and service are great.
