We took a mens suit jacket to another cleaner (different company)to have a liquid hand soap stain removed after it opened and spilled on a flight back from a cruise. Reported the stain, the substance and location.Very bad job done. Came back with the stain. Dropped the suit jacket off at Sketchleys with the same information. OMG Stain is gone completely!
