No B.S. sales people and business manager who got the deal done. I had a 100% perfect experience buying my Jeep SRT. There is basically no constructive feedback I could give. They did a convenience deal with a double trade and got it done for exactly when we needed it done for AND when we came to pick up the car it took maybe 5 minutes.

I buy cars fairly frequently and although my last 2 purchases at BMW Grand River went really well, this was better.

My wife and I wanted a challenger and we called to our normal dealership that we usually go and we got the response I don't have one on the lot so I can't help you. So I decided to call Stockie and a salesman name Mark answered and I asked him can you us a challenger he said what are you looking for as far as a challenger so I told him and I said we also have a trade in he said okay come in tonight so we did and when we got there we were greeted as soon as we walked in. The sales manager appraised our got was impressed by the offer on our car. Within the hour they had located a challenger we liked the next day he called and said the car is yours one of the deals was that the car was to sound like the one we had and they had no issue with that. I told him exactly what I wanted for after market and they got us exactly what we wanted. Mark went above and beyond for us Matt the finance manager was awesome. When the one after market part didn't show up until the day after delivery Ryan over in service had no issue putting us in right away to get it on. My wife and I are very pleased with the way Stockie treated us and if they continue to treat us well when we go for service we will continue to use them for future cars

My husband and I bought a brand new Ram 1500 and we love it. Kyle was amazing to work with. He was honest and very helpful. If he didn’t know an answer to our questions he would find them out. He was very patient with all our questions. Dealing with Matt in Finance was such a breeze. He was very organized and friendly. They are not pushy at all.
