Sunglass Hut

I had called another Sunglass Hut location (Mapleview) asking about availability of a particular Ray-Ban/Facebook Stories product; they had initiated a store transfer but shortly after informed me my product was in fact available closer to home. I could go in to the Conestoga Mall location and I would find it there.

When I reached the store at the end of the day, they had already set aside the only pair they had, under my name. I was able to purchase the glasses that day no problem! I am over the moon with how professsional and accommodating the staff were. And the glasses are PERFECT.

It was a pleasure shopping here. Lee is polite, welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She gave me and my wife the space to try out the pairs we wanted to try until we decided on the pair to buy. Proper sanitization procedures were followed. Overall it was a pleasurable experience shopping here. My 5 year old loved the orange shopping bag and Lee was kind enough to give him one. Will shop again. Thank you.
