I worked with Tim Brown for about a year - from June 2020 to June 2021. He helped me find a great home during Kitchener Waterloo's absolutely insane pandemic housing market - no easy feat for a first time homebuyer with no knowledge or experience and a tight budget.

Tim spared no effort or detail in helping me - almost always responding to emails, texts, and phone calls within minutes, providing detailed price data analyses to help me understand the market and properties we looked at, and picking up my car-less self from my apartment and driving me to all our showings (of which there were a ton - often several in a week!).

And through it all, Tim was always kind-hearted, encouraging, and generous with everything he could provide, going above and beyond a typical realtor's duties. And of course, he was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable - I always had peace of mind knowing that Tim was representing me in all our bids. A realtor should be a person looking out for you, someone you can trust and rely on to find you the best home you can afford. Tim Brown is without a doubt that realtor. Regardless of your budget, Tim will invest the time and energy as if it were for himself without any thought of commission. (Even though that’s how he gets paid). He sincerely only cares that his clients find the best possible home for the best price or sell for the best price.

Tim helped me sell my place for top dollar and buy a place at a reasonable price. He used his expertise in sales to strategically list and create interest so that my condo apartment sold higher than the last unit in the building sold for. As a result, all other units in the building can get a higher price in the future. The other owners should be thanking him but instead I will say thank you so much for getting me the best price so I could find a great place as well.

Tim tirelessly went with me to see many places. Tim kept me realistic with what should be offered and made sure I did not overspend or take me to see homes beyond my budget. He worked within my budget and helped me find the perfect home for the perfect price. Tim even got me everything on my wish list! He always had sound advise and really was looking out for me.
