(December 19, 2018, 2:02 am)Bought 2 CAML/Tomlin shower doors in 2006. After 12 years one of the doors began to jam so I contacted Tomlin. The Representative (Lauren) was great, and suggested a couple of parts that might fix the problem. After buying the parts they were mailed out immediately and the door works perfectly again. Great products and great service.
(March 21, 2014, 7:18 pm)Ai acheté un système de douche CAML-TOMLIN haut de gamme. Lors de l'installation, l'entrepreneur s'aperçoit que la barre sur laquelle glisse la porte de verre, est légèrement courbée, assez pour rendre l'ajustement impossible. J'ai alors parlé à Yvonne du service à la clientèle de CAML-TOMLIN pour lui expliquer le besoin d'une nouvelle barre et j'ai demandé que la compagnie absorbe les coûts additionnels pour défaire et remonter ma douche.
Elle a immédiatement pris ma cause en mains. Le lendemain, elle m'appelait pour m'informer que ma nouvelle barre de douche serait expédiée et qu'un de leurs installateurs communiquerait avec moi pour faire le travail, et ce, gratuitement.
Merci CAML-TOMLIN pour la rapidité et la satisfaction avec laquelle vous avez su me servir. Je recommande l'achat de leurs produits sans hésitation.
