Jason Vale was polite and very knowledgeable. He completed the service quite quickly and at a very reasonable price. There was no attempt to charge us for a part we did not require. We would certainly highly recommend this company.

A very positive experience...water dispenser line was having a freeze up issue on our 10 year old fridge and after the second visit to repair the issue, Jason suggested that we condemn the door...hahaha...after doing the math on service calls and life expectancy of fridge? it made perfectly good sense to replace the door!..thanks Jason!.....Jason was here timely in the specified time frame this morning ,friendly and willing to explain everything that was being done...thanks Jason!.....good problem solving abilities! Will definitely use this company for any future issues {hopefully no issues but ya never know}

I had placed a call to have our gas stove repaired as the stove was not heating. I was given another day and time they would come as well as put on a list if a spot opened up earlier. I had Jeremy come out the same day. He was very professional and pleasant and fixed the problem quickly.
While he was there I asked about an issue we were having with our fridge freezer. He looked at his schedule and said he had time to look at the freezer. He was able to find the solid block of ice blocking the drain and fix the issue. This all took 1 hour and 20 mins. It meant everything was fixed in one day and quickly. I was able to cancel my service work order with another company.
I would highly recommend this company!! Jeremy was very helpful and hardworking.

I had 2 service calls. The technician that came to my home was very nice and on time both times. He was respectful of my home (which most places are NOT!) and left the area the way it was before he came in. Great service. Highly recommend and will definitely use again :)
