Reception is always very helpful and Dr. Ball is a very kind and knowledgeable optometrist. The staff have helped me when I've needed glasses as well as contacts. I never have any issues if I need to get my glasses adjusted. I would highly recommend going to Waterloo Eye Care for anyone looking for a great optometrist.
