Best and reasonable in service
I have used this service three times now and will continue using YouPackWeStore. Their rates are reasonable and business-model makes the process hassle-free for the customer. I cannot recommend this service enough.
The customer-care team is very helpful and are willing to go out of the way to accommodate you. They are very prompt over email and phone. The pick-up/delivery team is very professional and courteous. The second time I used their service, the elevators in my building were under maintenance. The team was kind enough to move my 3 large boxes up 2 flights of stairs so I could get my belongings quickly.
The process is simple. You can request packing materials such as tape and boxes (small, medium, large) for free (they charge you but reimburse the fee, so effectively it is free). Someone will come to your doorstep to drop them off. Once you are all packed, they will come and collect your items. Once you need your items back they will re-deliver it to your door step at any address in the city. They do not charge you for pick-up or redelivery (including the drop-off of packing materials) and are flexible with the timings.
Awesome company! I have used their services 3 times in the last year, and I have always been highly satisfied. Packing materials are free and they even deliver right to your doorstep, which was very convenient for me.
They have always been able to accommodate me, including coming very early in the morning (6:30am) to picking up my stuff so that I could catch a flight, as well as delivering late because of a delayed flight.
All of my belonging have always been returned just the way I gave it to them.
If there was one aspect they could improve on, is by prorating the charges. Even if I store for 10 days I still have to pay the whole months storage amount. However, the monthly charges are very reasonable so I can not complain much.
Will continue using this company in the future :)
Being a customer of You Pack We Store was an extremely pleasant experience. They took great care of my items and were very helpful answering any of the questions I had. Items were delivered exactly when I was told I would receive them, and they also took great care of them. I will have no issues letting this company handle my valuables as they clearly make it a priority to treat the items they receive like they are their own. On top of the affordable rates, the customer service was excellent. I recieved quick replies and clear explanations of the associated costs. No hidden fees! Will definitely be storing with them again next term!
These guys are amazing. They are very responsive, there are no hidden costs, everything was returned intact, boxes and materials both were delivered on time even during the most busy times of the year.
Edit: it has now been almost two years I think since I wrote that initial review. It is my pleasure to say that these guys have been as reliable and punctual as ever.
