(July 31, 2020, 9:23 pm)Placed a order 4 weeks ago only to find out AMI “lost” the PO and never processed it. Now I’m starting a job next week with no quick change and will have my hourly rate cut by $5/hour for the 3 month job. Great news for me. Going to lose nearly 4 grand. Never again will I order from them.
Update. AMI rushed the parts out to me on next day air shipping and covered the cost. I feel that they did the best they could to make this right. Mistakes happen.
