I was referred to Rick and Adam as they had done work in the building. They came to do a rather complicated installation of my washer and dryer. It was easy to chat with them; friendly guys.
They were patient with all my questions, and explained in as much detail as I needed - which was quite a lot. They always responded quickly (with phone calls, texts or emails...whatever it took), came on time, worked diligently, cleaned up after their work and explained follow up care in detail.
Though it was not their responsibility, they even did some minor plumbing work so everything ran smoothly.
I cannot comment on their pricing as I did not get comparison quotes this time around.
I found the service quick and easy to use. The service technician was very helpful with suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of the unit. Sometimes it’s hard to find helpful and friendly service like that.
Their professionalism and experience shows in their work and attention to the detail. They are friendly and easy to talk to, answer any questions no matter how silly those questions are. Rick and Adam are the only HVAC company we will use in the future. It's difficult to find honest, reliable professionals like A & R. We would and will highly recommend them.
The best guys for all your electric HVAC needs
We recently had 2 old heating/AC units in our apartment replaced by Adam and Rick of A&R Climate Control & Venting. In the 30-year-old building we live in, the metal "sleeves" the units slide in and out of lack the guides of newer-technology sleeves that ensure the bottom slopes downward and outward to ensure the water (produced normally by the ACs) flows in the right direction (to the outside). Rick and Adam worked hard to ensure that the AC units they supplied were properly installed in spite of the old sleeves that were part of the old building. We are very pleased with the heating/AC units they supplied and their installation of them. Their combined many years of experience showed in their knowledge and problem-solving together during the installation. We found them to be very professional and are very satisfied with their service after the sale.
