“I was referred to Rick and Adam as they had done work in the building. They came to do a rather complicated installation of my washer and dryer. It was easy to chat with them; friendly guys. They were patient with all my questions, and explained in as much detail as I needed - which was quite a lot. They always responded quickly (with phone calls, texts or emails...whatever it took), came on time, worked diligently, cleaned up after their work and explained follow up care in detail. Though it was not their responsibility, they even did some minor plumbing work so everything ran smoothly. I cannot comment on their pricing as I did not get comparison quotes this time around.”
