(April 3, 2019, 5:21 pm)We purchased one of their traditional wooden sleighs. It looks fantastic, our son loves it, and it's Canadian-made which we love. However, the main reason for the review is the service we received from Bauman. We broke a part of the sleigh (the break was our fault...it's well made), and they went above and beyond to promptly send a replacement part at no cost. Great product and even better people. Thanks so much :)
