I lived in a Guardian managed property for about 4 years. It’s felt like home since Day 1 and I am especially appreciative of the care, professionalism and pride taken in ensuring we all have a safe, hospitable home. The owner and staff are incredibly organized and proactive in their communication, very responsive in dealing with any concerns and genuinely kindly, caring people.

I've been renting with Guardian for three years in downtown Kitchener. It's not the prettiest building i've ever seen but it is clean, safe and well maintained. Maintenance issues are promptly dealt with and I've always felt extremely comfortable communicating with everyone at the office. Thank you for everything!

There were a thousand different ways that securing a residence, and arranging for utilities, all from a different country, in the midst of a global pandemic, could have gone wrong. Enter Guardian Property Management’s spectacular team of kind-hearted and helpful professionals. We are indebted to Karen, Larry, Joanne, Christina, and Tamara, all of whom have gone way out of their way for us. We could not be happier with the prompt, courteous service we have received from this company. We feel very secure and happy in our leased home, knowing that we have responsive individuals, who know us personally, looking out for us and for our needs. So many things could have gone wrong. I was able to rent a place which was managed by Guardian Property for 2 years. I would call myself fortunate as it was my first place on my own but luckily with the assistance of Christina, Joanne and the remainder of the Guardian Property Management Staff, it was an easy transition and worked out. Guardian property was responsive, kind and best of all, efficient with dealing with their tenants. There were some delays in repairs but I was always informed and up-to-date when the delays would occur due to out of control circumstances (ie. material order, schedule of trade, etc) . All in all I would definitely recommend!

Thank you so much for the team at Guardian Property - They are so friendly and responsive to whenever we have any issues. If there is an emergency, it's very easy to connect with someone. Everyone who I have spoke to or emailed was very nice and professional. I couldn't be more happy to be a client of theirs.
