I was in New Hamburg in the summer of 2017 for MoparFest. That weekend I was having some cooling system issues and wasn't sure how I would make it back home. Someone suggested that I call one of the Auto Parts stores in town to see if they could help. The first one I called said that they could fix me up, but that they were closing soon. Since I was basically without a vehicle for the time being, I called the other store in town said that they also could help. I told him the predicament was in and he offered to deliver the parts to me on his way home that afternoon. I know it's over a year since that weekend, but one never forgets great service.

Recently moved back into town after a few years away. Sad that the old ownership sold but pleased that he stayed with the new company.

Staff are very knowledgable and willing to help solve any part problems.
