New Hamburg Fall Fair

Great traditional small town fair with the horse, cattle and 4-H shows plus events.

My daughter had a blast at the fair. The volunteers and activities were lovely.

Great fun good food. More vendors in 2019 but less rides. The derby is always fun as well as the riding events. Fair prices no pun intended. Good family fun.

This annual fall fair is one of the larger fall fairs in the area. Agricultural based there are many categories for competition such as vegetables and flowers. The midway is for kids under 10. The main attraction is the demo derby, and larger farm animal competitions. The horses are usually spectacular. The cattle and others educational.
Unfortunately the cost of admission is high. If you are not a competitor, and bring some small kids the cost is too high. It is a fun lively weekend if you can afford it.

Ended up going here for music and fireworks on Canada day. We actually chose the place because we liked the band they chose. Really awkward set up with the band infront of the seating area. Could only see their feet... overall great night and easy find parling nearby and leave after the event.
