We were given a quick crash course on how to manage the pail and two-handed picking then set free in the rows with a suggestion of where others had found success. The branches were droopy with berries!
The grass was well trimmed and we were fine wearing running shoes (was prepared with boots though!). Parking is along a lane way opposite the blueberries.
Our bucket was $22.00 and was enough for 4 children to gorge themselves on for the drive back to Kitchener, as well as 48 blueberry muffins, a big tray of blueberry grunt and smoothies to rival an infomercial for Bullet. -
