Modern PURAIR Kitchener/Waterloo

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Peyton from Modern PURAIR. Peyton gave a Curtesy call prior to arrival and was extremely friendly on arrival. Before starting services he thoroughly explained what he would be doing today and answered all questions we had. Peyton’s knowledge, friendly personality, and time management skills were greatly appreciated today. Furthermore, there is a saying that word of mouth is your best form of business and I can assure you I will be passing on a good word about Modern PURAIR and they have definitely gained a customer that will be returning.

Excellent, Professional Services! 100% would recommend. Very good customer service and was on time. Our service technician, Peyton, was very knowledgeable and kind and explained the process in detail before commencing his work.

He was thorough and took extra care to clean up after his work. The whole process took about 4 hours. I find their pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work they put in. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Anthony was very very pleasant and professional. He did a fine job cleaning my dryer vent. He was later than originally booked but notified me of the delay and confirmed the new time was okay with me.

Had an emergency with the dryer, and it was amazing to find same day cleaning. Communication was easy and the staff all very professional. Had an usual problem with my vent, but the technician was great in explaining what the issue was.

I had Purair clean my vents in the summer of 2022. The owner was very friendly and responsive before and after the appointment. The two-man team that did the work was very professional and courteous; one was newer and very respectful of my family and home, and the other was very knowledgeable and did his work with great care. They did a fantastic job, and with having a newborn shortly after, I'm happy we went with the disinfectant. This review is long overdue but I couldn't not share my great experience, would recommend!
