I came across this place on kijiji. The gentleman who responded to my tire inquiries was very polite, respectable and knowledgeable. Granted I had to drive over an hour to get the tires but the service, Fadi gave was top notch!! Honestly, very knowledgeable about the mechanisms of cars and what should be done or not on the car. He was so good that we undercoated our car while we were there as per his expert advice. Thank you Fadi! I will be referring my friends and family to you! Keep up the great customer service!

While I was near Grand bend beach I got a flat tire. The flat tire was hard to take off as it wouldn’t budge. We call a random store from Google and Sobhi Auto Service came up. The owner Fadi answered politely and told me what I need to do to remove the tire and I was able to in no time. Now it was around 5 pm and most of the stores were closed to replace the tire and Fadi was like “brother just come and I will take care of this, just call me when you are 15 mins away from the store so that I can come and open the store back for you” without no hesitation I drove over there on the spare and I live near the Kitchener area at that time. Once I got there just in 15 mins he fixed the flat and had us on the road. From the phone till leaving his store his customer service is top notch and take care of you like a family.
Definitely recommend him 110%.
