(December 10, 2019, 8:28 pm)Rachel was extremely thorough with her examination and assessment of my hearing. During each session, she carefully explained the tests and results which I found helpful. When it came time to selecting aids, she showed me all of my options and helped me decide which one was best.
She is very knowledgeable in her field and it shows.

I would like to say a big thank you especially to Dr. Juliane Shantz. She is a wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable doctor. We were very impressed with the quality and price of the hearing aid device. Highly recommend!
