(August 31, 2018, 1:10 am)Just back from a night at Leisure Estates B'nB in Elmira (August 30th). We had heard about it from friends and we were not disappointed. It is full five *'s from the hosts (yes even Mark), the home, the unique and well maintained property to the outstanding breakfast. We had opportunities to share experiences with hosts Joyce and Mark, as well as with other guests. If you get the chance to stay here you won't be disappointed !

(August 7, 2018, 4:31 pm)My spouse, Karen, and I stayed for 2 nights in July 2018-at the beginning and then at the end of our Canadian vacation. This was not our original plan but we were so impressed that we had to return their on our way back home.This is one of the nicest B&Bs we have ever stayed at. Joyce and Mark were very friendly, warm and accomodating. The house, our room (Moonlight Loft) and the property were all exceptional. The breakfasts were also exceptional and each breakfast was varied. Joyce's blueberry pancakes were so delicious we would like to have her recipe! We really enjoyed being able to chat with her, with another guest couple and also with Joyce's daughter and her family that were visiting there. Mark was very helpful and provided us a map to assist us in getting around in the area-especially to the town of St. Jacobs ( a terrific area to visit). We really liked the B and B grounds and wished we could have explored more of it. It is a very beautiful place. Mark & Joyce and this B and B exceeded our expectations and we've stayed at numerous B and B's over the years. We would definitely like to come back here again!
(August 6, 2017, 1:12 pm)Our hosts made us feel super comfortable and were very knowledgeable about the area. Gave great recommendations of places for us to check out. Clean, and gorgeous suites. Food is fantastic and dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Great for a couple's or ladies' getaway!! (I have visited this place multiple times now. Love it!)
