The product and installers arrived on time as scheduled, they were professional; and courteous, did a great job cleaning up after themselves leaving the work area spotless, and were very respectful. I had Southfield replace my old front door and they did an amazing job!! Workers were on time and very friendly. They came with all the proper equipment and took all their trash, including my old doors, with them when they left. They even left me little bottles of touch up paint just incase I would need it down the road. They offered a good competitive price and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had an amazing experience using the services of Southfield Windows & Doors from start to finish. The biggest difference we’ve noticed is how much quieter our bedroom windows are. Our sales rep (Jason) came out twice to measure (initial consultation and final production measurements) which was done with a long ladder from the exterior. As Jason said accurate measurements are one of the most important elements when installing new windows and doors, and was even more comforting to know they were going to be custom made in Elmira. This was definitely a difference we noticed from other companies we received a quote from. Pricing was very competitive and they also cleaned up after finishing the work and it looked perfect.
