Very friendly staff and excellent selection of hot sauces, as well as some normal sauces.

As you may be able to tell by the attached photos, there is a wide variety of available hot sauces. They're loosely sorted by heat. Unfortunately, there's no Scoville units or even heat levels labelled on any given sauce or section. However, having tried a few of the hot sauces, there are some very hot ones there. I've yet to find any that are more than 600,000.

But I digress. There are two walls of sauces - one that has the hot sauces and one that has the normal ones and oils.

If you're a fan of hot sauces, or even if you're looking to add some great flavour to your meals, this place is definitely worth checking out. They also let you sample any of the hot sauces you want.

I like being able to taste the sauces before you buy them!

First time here, it was a great experience. The employee was very knowledgeable and very helpful. You are encouraged to taste EVERYTHING! I bought 4 sauces and I can't wait to go back.
