Absolutely Perfect !!
I honestly can not say enough good things about this venue and the team that run it !
Gillian was our day of coordinator and everything went off without a hitch ! We had an intimate family wedding, with the yummy pretzel bar snack followed by a delicious 3 course dinner (the BEST beef !!!).
We had an open bar and dance and the staff was so accommodating and went over and above. They even took the time to chat with our 3 year old daughter, and made her an orange juice 'mix' on request, so sweet !
We also got ready on site, bride and grooms rooms are perfect, clean, with water and bubbly chilling !
When a few of us had to wait for the limo to return they graciously left the venue open for us.
Simply the best service and always with a smile !
St Jacobs is fantastic for pictures, and although we had an overcast/light rain kind of day, our photographer got so many beautiful shots. ( Would highly recommend you check out Tamara Rose Photography if you are in need of a photographer ) The pictures won't be available for a few weeks, but included a few we do have (some professional and some not).
Honestly the most perfect, stress free day, at a beautiful cozy venue, thank you again Gillian and team !!

Choosing to have our wedding at Cellar 52 was a very easy decision for us. We first met with Kristi through Zoom who took us on a tour of both Cellar 52 and Timber Barn (which was under renovations at the time). She was very detailed and answered so many questions about what our day and what the processing of planning with their team would look like. We knew almost right away that Cellar 52 was the venue for us, we loved that they provide a coordinator and the all-inclusive pricing. We were excited to make use of their beautiful property and the riverside close by.

Leading up to our wedding, we had ongoing communication and multiple in-person meetings with our coordinator, Amanda. Amanda is organized, super sweet and easy-going, she understood exactly what my husband and I were picturing for our day. The team used a great online site to keep everything from correspondence to documents to payments in one place, which was very convenient as well.

Our wedding day was fantastic - We had a riverside ceremony, cocktail hour on the patio and brunch reception inside the venue. The spaces were decorated beautifully (even with minimal direction). We trusted Cellar 52 to do their thing and they did not disappoint! We originally intended for guests to flow in and out from the patio but it ended up being such a beautiful, warm day that everyone mainly spent time outside. The team was very flexible and made this transition easy. We really appreciated that the team not only set up the decor and helped with tear down.

I would definitely recommend having your wedding or event at Cellar 52. Thank you Team 52 for an unforgettable day!!

We recently photographed a wedding at your venue and can't say enough great things. Thank you for the beautiful space, great service and excellent food. As wedding photographers, we love the light inside the space, the attention to details, the outdoor cocktail area and the surrounding town for beautiful photographs galore.

Cellar 52 is the perfect venue if you’re looking for a cozy and intimate place to say I do! Team 52 are attentive, knowledgeable, and caring people and we always felt like we were in good hands. They accommodated our requests and helped us craft a wedding day more perfect than we imagined.

Located in the heart of the village of St. Jacobs, we had a plethora of beautiful backdrops to choose from for photos. The venue is unique in that you have the option to stay the night before and/or after the wedding upstairs at Hotel 52. The morning of, the bride and groom suites were the perfect place for the wedding party to get ready while the team did a fantastic job setting up the main space for the ceremony. Team 52 flawlessly converted the ceremony space for cocktail hour without disruption. And if you’re looking for a romantic spot for your first dance, we highly recommended the back patio- the string lights really set the mood! At the end of the night we were so impressed that all of our decor was packed up, making it easy to take home.

We can’t say enough about the food, and neither can our guests! Gilt Catering did an outstanding job on our menu: from our morning brunch spread to our late-night pizza, everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is no easy task, but the team at Cellar 52 made us feel confident and taken care of. Our day of coordinator (Emily) was such a gem- she really put our nerves at ease and we can’t thank her enough for ensuring everything went smoothly.
