Courtyard by Marriott Waterloo St. Jacobs

My stay was amazing, everything was sparkling clean and fresh. From the moment i stepped into the hotel, I knew I was in for a treat! The front desk clerk received me with a lovely smile( her mask covered her mouth but you can see it in the eyes). You could tell this hotel is maintained by a fully qualified staff that show pride i their work. All in all other than I wish I booked longer...one of the best nightsI have had in a very long time.

Very comfortable bed and clean room overlooking the outlet stores. Large bathroom and lovely shower. Very handy Farmers Market and 5 minute drive to downtown St Jacobs

Love this place. Quiet. So nice to escape Toronto for awhile. Reasonable price. Clean. Morning wood.
Replace the CFLs with LEDs and 5 stars!

Hotel was decent, but it's definitely past the point where it needs a good refresh and update. Room and corridors felt dated. In our room there were a couple of spots where carpet was pulling up, paint peeling on ceiling and trim coming off the wall. But considering what I spent compared to other Marriott properties, we got what we paid for

Great place to stay if you are heading to the market. Close to everything. Rooms are very nice and clean. The restaurant was closed due to covid but they provided a very nice bagged breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
