She was pleasant, helped me understand what I needed to do, outlined my next steps, and followed up with an email. I was very happy with the service I received. Hopefully this is a reflection of WNH having focused on improving customer support. So far so good, at least in my experience!

Moved back to the region after a few years. I have never had a bad experience with WNH.
